It is clearly a mass gainer protein, not so good in terms of quality, but in such cases you take it with yogurt and you don't have a problem. I achieved what I wanted to achieve and very well indeed. I gained weight and with the gym, I gained 5 kilos and my appetite increased. Perhaps the most difficult thing is to gain weight, but everything else falls into place. I recommend it for beginners and then you can look for something for definition. It is also very sweet, but as I said, everything can be fixed with yogurt. Comments like the 90% that talk about taste are childish. You take everything with a purpose, if you don't like the taste, take a serenade and eat cake :p.

Real disappointment... I use protein powder since I am involved in distances. Performance is lower compared to others at the same price, but the worst part is the taste and solubility. It doesn't dissolve even with hot water and the taste... it's like drinking stevia with a little bit of chocolate. I forced myself to consume it so I wouldn't waste my money.
