Well, I've had it for 8 months and to be honest, I was scared of it at first. It charges quickly, has a complete screen, everything is fine, the only negative is the camera, especially the night shots. During the day, it's fine, but at night it doesn't take good photos. I haven't had it for long, as I said, only 8 months, and it's still going great. It does have some bugs like all phones in this price range, but it's clearly better than other phones like the Redmi Note 13 and others. Also, I almost never post reviews for products I don't have, so for me, the product is good, not perfect, but good
Good performance in daily and tough use in dusty fields with trucks.. even though it is not intended for heavy-duty work, it has performed excellently and has shown great durability in falls. Mainly social and calls are its usage
I had a Xiaomi before. Very good sturdy construction, it has never frozen. The photos are excellent if you understand its settings correctly. Especially in HDR. Because I read some comments that it falls short in low light while it has specific tools that you can use. Even with a waterproof case while moving on the SUP, it takes very clear photos and videos. It has never frozen. The speaker is adequate. For its price, it is an excellent choice.

I have owned this device since January 2024, I must admit that it is a very impressive device for its price. The battery lasts a long time, the phone rarely lags, the screen is fantastic, the 33W charging is very fast, and I appreciate the fact that the charger is included in the box + a transparent case and a plastic protective cover already applied to the phone.
But now let's move on to the negatives of the device.
The camera is not good, and even though it is 48MP, it fails to take good photos or videos, especially in low-light environments. The new Xiaomi software, HyperOS, I don't like at all, neither in appearance nor in function. The build quality of the phone is far from satisfactory.
Overall, it is a phone that does its job, but for the same money, I would recommend something different.
In the 6 months that I have it, it is very good in everything, only the fingerprint that 8 out of 10 times does not recognize it
I have it for 1 year now and it works very well. Battery lasts all day. Use for phone calls, games, and videos. The only issue is that sometimes when I press the screen it doesn't respond at 100% energy. But with the 2nd attempt everything is fine.
We replaced the POCO3 with this one (8/256) and so far I am very satisfied. Xiaomi is a guarantee after all, as much as I didn't want to believe it!
The battery lasts at most one day, at night it definitely needs charging. Usually, with Xiaomi, the battery lasts a day and a half. Compared to this and the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 or 11s, get the 11. It may not be 5G and a year newer than this, but you will definitely be satisfied with the battery... I've had this for 5 months and it freezes and the battery drains, and I bought it for 260€, which is Poco X. I wouldn't buy it again
Nice phone, very good in your hand with a satisfactory camera and a very large capacity. Night shots are not so good though. Also, the first two purchases had some glitches and needed a restart to fix them, but after an upgrade it did it by itself and now works very well. The battery life is very good and lasts with full use on social media and games for about a day and a half. I highly recommend it. Very good value for money.
Having the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S/128GB and transferring all the files to the new phone, after 1 month of use, I can say that I am not satisfied. It freezes and takes a long time to load things like, for example, the chat icon on Messenger that appears on the home screen of the phone when a message comes in, it doesn't always open it, but only when it feels like it, and many other things. Overall, it feels like I still have the 9S, slightly better or not at all.
I have had the mobile phone for about a month and it is very fast, with 8GB of RAM + 8GB of virtual RAM and 256GB of storage capacity. It is quite good with a wonderful screen in terms of colors and quality, which is at 120Hz and Amoled! The phone is very good in terms of brightness, even in bright sunlight it automatically increases the brightness a little more because it realizes that there is a lot of sunlight and delivers the best brightness it can. The videos are a bit mid-range at 1080p and 30fps, and the camera does not have very good clarity in dark environments, but in bright environments it is very good! The battery, for me who play and use it a lot, lasts me a day with full usage and without battery saving if I don't constantly have full brightness. I recommend it because for users who do a little gaming and have several hours of usage, it is satisfactory and very good!
I bought this specific mobile phone at the end of June, a fresh model on the market, and I haven't encountered any problems. It is an average medium-range phone, quite good for its price. However, I am disappointed that Cosmote doesn't work as 5G but only as 4G. And an even more serious issue is that I can't install the Acropolis tour application, COSMOTE CHRONOS. Have you ever experienced not being able to install this application? It's really a shame and pathetic on COSMOTE's part if the fault is theirs or if they decide which models are compatible or not. When I had it installed on a much older phone, the REDMI NOTE 7, it worked perfectly fine with 4G. It just needs 5G for the tour with Kleio. If COSMOTE is to blame, it is completely unacceptable for them to limit specific models, possibly the more expensive and pro models. I expect reports from current owners of Xiaomi Poco X5 5G Dual SIM, like the one I already have for 9 months, and reports from other models as well, so that we can make a complaint and unlock the compatibility issue, allowing everyone to have the Acropolis tour application working on all phones!

I have it for about 1 month. I bought it for the processor and it is indeed a rocket fast. Very spacious for its price. The battery lasts for a day and also charges very quickly with 33-watt fast charge. Everything is good but I was disappointed with its camera, which is average. It opens and closes on its own, so when it smokes, here for 6 months we have been trying to figure out with the store where we bought it to fix it, we have sent it back twice and they have sent us the same problematic phone back again. Also, the speaker has poor sound quality
The phone is a bit overpriced for the 249€ I bought it for, at 200€ it is a bit more realistic or its price. Well, the phone does what the user asks for with satisfactory speed, I really liked that it charges quickly but unfortunately its battery seemed to barely last a day, maybe because it is new and I constantly deal with it. Its screen is good with very good brightness in outdoor areas during the day. Overall, it is a phone that will satisfy the average user at all levels. I don't play games so I don't have an opinion. Finally, the cameras are on par with those in the same price category, not excellent but not the worst.
Excessively mediocre in everything. It came with a problem in the audio jack (female) and I can't use headphones. For me, it's not worth it.

They told me from Skroutz that the phone is fine and it's probably due to some of the files I had loaded on the device
They sent me the phone in a new packaging, I couldn't tell if it was the same or different
The customer service was not helpful and I had a hard time communicating with them
I preferred it because it has a radio, which is now rare. Its biggest drawback is that it sometimes restarts on its own. Otherwise, I believe it is a decent choice for an average user.
Update 1/10: After upgrading the operating system, the issue with sudden restarts seems to have been resolved. It has been a long time since it last happened with the same usage.
New phone and it restarts on its own during the day... I have heard this from many people and Xiaomi does not provide any solution
I regret the choice of this particular mobile phone and I have had it for almost 2 weeks. The camera is very average, it shuts down on its own when it gets warm, and I consider my previous mobile phone to be superior (Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro).
So, it heats up quickly, it shuts off on its own, the signal indicator is constantly on one or two bars, so you can't talk for long periods of time, and the battery lasts for a day. These are the few things. I regret buying it.
Battery, AMOLED screen, processor, and RAM memory are the positives... photo and video resolution and lighting in photos are a bit lacking...
Purchased 3 days ago for around €250 from a well-known chain, for my mother (who doesn't have high demands) who had a Samsung Galaxy A3 2017 which still works and the battery holds up, but the 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, small screen but Super AMOLED, and the old Android 8.0 operating system without security updates made the phone practically slow for today's standards of common applications (FB, Youtube, Viber, Chrome, Netflix). The Poco X5 5G is a fantastic phone, night and day compared to the A3, and economical for what it does.
Let's go to the positives:
- It has a 5G antenna for future investment, but coverage in Greece is not yet complete, for better battery autonomy I have turned off 5G in the settings and it runs on 4G+.
- It has 6GB of regular RAM along with a setting for 3GB Virtual RAM, totaling 9GB, and with the super-fast Snapdragon processor, it runs smoothly and doesn't lag with the applications of an average user, and the 128GB of internal storage holds everything along with an additional 64GB microSD.
- It also has a regular FM radio without needing to connect to the internet.
- Easy menu with customization options, it had some bloatware but they can be easily removed.
- It has NFC for contactless payments as well as infrared to function as a remote control with the appropriate app.
- In terms of security, Xiaomi, like Apple, with the corresponding Xiaomi Account and the locked bootloader, locks the phone in case of a hard reset.
- The fingerprint sensor opens quickly, the screen has a refresh rate setting of 120Hz for smooth gaming but consumes more battery.
- The high-resolution screen has rich colors (OLED panel) in this price category.
- The 48MP camera along with the 8MP camera on the back of the phone are quite decent in good natural lighting only for photos; for videos, it does basic things (due to lack of stability and white balance issues and many others...), it struggles in low light as is logical in this price category; also, the 48MP is for marketing reasons; on iPhone or Galaxy S series with 12MP, the shots and videos are much, much superior.
- The box contains the essentials that all mobile manufacturers should provide; it really includes a transparent case, the phone has a thin protective film already applied when you take it out of the box, and the 33W fast charger with its cable inside.
- Strong speakers and excellent call quality.
- The battery is 5000 mAh; for my mother's usage, it lasts 3 to 4 days and charges in an hour from empty with the 33W fast charger, but you should use the original Type-C cable or if you lose it, get the genuine one from the dealership because if you use another, the charger will cut the power and instead of 33W, it will charge at 18W. The Poco X5 5G has a special contact in the USB port of the fast charger and its cable internally (anyone who knows the GND Drain) which is also red/orange and in some OnePlus phones or purple in Huawei Super Charge as an identifier to allow more than 3A of current and greater power for faster charging, but also the different voltages and currents that the charger outputs during fast charging (5V, 9V, 11V, 12V, 20V) depending on the battery percentage. The slow charging from 20% to 80~85% (from a simple and quality 5V @ 10W charger) as well as the removal of the plastic case during charging, due to the lower temperature, is good for the battery's health, but it will take a very long time to charge and the putting on and taking off of the case is not convenient....
- It came with Android 12 out of the box and immediately received a 3.3 GB update to Android 13, as well as an update to Hyper OS (Android 14).
For now, I don't see any negatives, we'll see how it goes...
In conclusion, it is an excellent phone for this price (around €250) for the average user and not only, who wants a phone with modern communication needs like 5G, NFC, good browsing speeds and social media, basic daily uses, and has low requirements for the cameras. Make sure to secure it with a screen protector and case because the one it comes with will yellow....
Very good for my needs, so far. I don't play games, but other than that, if you exclude a few second freezes sometimes, it's very good.
It often restarts without any apparent reason. I hope it will be fixed with a software update. It also gives the feeling that it lags during use and that the arrow is not easily pressed sometimes...
I have had it for 1 month and I am very satisfied. It's worth its money. Very good resolution in photos and videos. Its battery lasts about 1.5 to 2 days with normal use. It's fast and doesn't lag. Its speaker is loud and the sound is clear. The only drawback is that the screen brightness in the sun is not very strong, despite the special settings.
