Important information
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can
report it here.
First impressions, the Eye comfort and HDR are not needed, I have them turned off. They make the image look washed out, and with HDR, I couldn't see the cursor when I opened Notepad.
Color depth is 8 bit, I would prefer 10 bit.
I really like that it also works as a TV, and whether I connect it via Wi-Fi, plug the Ethernet cable into the monitor, or if you have mp4 files, you can put them on a flash drive and they play without needing the computer. With some software that converts PDF to images or by connecting to Google Drive, you can read PDFs with the computer turned off. The only issue is that sometimes it recognizes the flash drive and sometimes it doesn't, but it's probably a matter of each USB. A 128 GB USB works better than another slower 500 GB one. On the 500 GB flash drive, when I created folders to avoid reading too many files, it started to recognize it easily. It has 2 USB ports. I think it needs exFAT format; an external hard drive I connected was not recognized.
The 32 inches make reading any PDF on the computer in a 2-page layout comfortable, but they seem large when I watch a movie with the lights off at a distance of 2.5 meters. The lighting changes in a movie can be a bit tiring. So, the 32 inches are perfect for PDFs, but for movies that are not 4K, a 28-inch would be better.
If the computer remains idle and goes to the lock screen, Samsung does not recognize the computer until I press the power button on the computer or the remote control and the mouse slightly.
When I ordered it, Skroutz showed me that buyers also purchase a display port cable with this monitor, so I got nervous and bought one too. It's not necessary; a display port cable is included, but HDMI is not included.
Very good choice of screen.
Very nice colors and image, excellent response and sound.
If someone is not familiar with the menus of Samsung TVs, they might get a little confused with the settings, but in the end, it's very easy if you read what it explains next to you.
Despite the fact that it is big, it doesn't tire me at all, no matter how long I am in front of it.
Tested it for gaming, as well as browsing, as it has an internet browser but you can also watch Netflix, YouTube, etc...
I have it connected to my PS5, but also with a keyboard and mouse for relaxed surfing.
I highly recommend it!
Good screen but needs adjustments to look good the image and generally I noticed that with the respone timing if it is on it makes quite a bit of inverse ghosting whoever takes it and sees that it has shadows in motion just goes to gaming settings and puts response time = standard and the shadows go away from colors and image generally everyone can adjust as they like, the screen has several options and easily change as with the packaging it also has a remote control so we don't have to search for the buttons below the screen.
The screen is good for its price in its category. It has some issues that Samsung and its TVs have been carrying in recent years. Detailed review from me here:
It is a good monitor with very nice colors, etc. You can open the gaming mode and make it bright to dazzle your eyes. However, I give it three stars because it flickers and blinks for no reason, without any explanation, when using the gaming mode. It is especially bad when working on Photoshop and Illustrator, as it becomes even worse and seems to not recognize whether you are in a game or not, causing the computer to stop reading and flicker on its own. I have tried all the settings in the worst menu possible, but nothing works. It is not a driver issue either, as I have two monitors and only this one has the problem. After experiencing it 2-3 times, it even refuses to open as the main monitor on startup, while the second one opens normally, and I have to manually switch everything to this monitor. Furthermore, when playing games, attending classes, or doing designs, it randomly blinks and decides that "no device is connected," and the only way to fix it is not by closing and reopening it, but by going into the awful menu and closing and reopening the gaming mode (even though it keeps flickering as if it has short-circuited), and then it gets fixed. And all of this happens whenever it wants, it is not triggered by any specific action or at a specific time, it just happens randomly. It may happen 1-2 or 3 times a day, or it may not happen at all, it is in its own mood
