    First time I bought a thermometer with gallium... I didn't notice any difference compared to mercury thermometers... fast measurement in 2-3 minutes, accurate in its readings (compared to two other mercury thermometers)... (And also because I had read comments about other gallium thermometers that they are difficult to reset... in this specific one, I didn't encounter any difficulty in resetting it after measuring below 35). Of course, you can't say that its price is low...
