It does the job, however I do not recommend it to people who have a history of acne because it is likely (depends on the individual) to worsen it.

I read the one and only review I see for this product and I come to write my own. I did not encounter any issues with indigestion or taste. However, as I have written elsewhere: "...to properly evaluate a dietary product, you must have a laboratory analysis of its composition in hand." The comments about taste, solubility, etc., that we all write are a kind of review but do not constitute a substantial evaluation. The comments about indigestion are more serious, but again they may relate to the user's intolerance to certain ingredients and not to the overall quality of the product. For the last ten years, I have been consuming products from My Protein, Optimum Nutrition, and once this one here. They all seemed similar to me... (note: I am not a super strict person, so I do not consume 70-100+ grams daily)

It seemed fine to me, in texture, taste, use and of course, price. However, as I have written here before in supplements such as protein, it is difficult to say "excellent" if you do not have a valid laboratory analysis in your hands for "what exactly you are eating".

This is currently the most cost-effective purchase. If you buy 2.5 kilograms, it is definitely one of the cheapest on the market. I don't know if the ingredients listed are true, but I have noticed that it doesn't bloat me and I don't have gas. I dissolve it in 50 ml of milk and 50 ml of water. After mixing it, I put it in oatmeal with honey and almonds in the morning. Sometimes I eat it after my workout as well. It has a nice and rich flavor. It foams a little more, but when you heat everything together, it becomes like cream. If it ultimately replaces a meal for me, then I believe it's worth its price and more. Let's hope they don't increase the price here too, because the others have increased excessively. In a little while, it will be more cost-effective to buy turkey fillet instead of protein powder.

Personally, I chose it because of the good price based on the quantity it has as protein.

The chocolate flavor is quite good, it is not as sweet as other chocolates I have tried and I personally like this because it gives a more "natural" taste of chocolate drink.
I have tried it with water, milk, and yogurt (mixing it with yogurt, chocolate drops, and fruits is really the best) and its taste is quite flavorful.
The only negative thing overall is its solubility, which is moderate, although it doesn't bother me much personally because at this specific price based on the quantity you get, you can't have everything perfect.
I have tried MyProtein and Optimum Nutrition in the past and I have now settled on this one because it is quite economical for the quantity you get.
I personally did not have any side effects on my stomach, etc., and everything is fine!
I am looking forward to trying their other flavors.

Bad taste and creates digestive problems. Yes, it may be the most economical option available, but it is better for someone to spend a little more money to get a higher quality one
