    I have wide feet and I use them for running in the mountains and on asphalt. First of all, the shoe is extremely lightweight. It feels like you're not wearing anything. The sole is very durable and sturdy. Although they are not for trail running, I use them for running on Mount Penteli where I step on rocks and I don't feel anything. I highly recommend them, I will only buy Brooks from now on.

    Purchased for fast days and participation in a half marathon after a foot problem caused by the speed 2. Very good fit, it seems like it will withstand time and not disintegrate immediately. Although it feels "hard" when running, it provides enough protection to the feet without leaving a feeling of fatigue after training. Also, quite stable in the step, something that I did not feel with the speed 2. It was tested in a slower training session, without much success, as if it "hardens" at slower speeds and softens at faster ones. I would not recommend buying it alone, but as the fast option in a rotation.

    a. Excellent construction. Premium like every Brooks.
    b. Super lightweight, but we're talking about very light.
    c. Very, very good feel of what and where you're stepping. Their stability is very serious!
    d. Shock absorption (Drop 8 and nitrogen sole) is a bit "stiffer" than the New Balance 1080v11 and considerably stiffer than the Brooks Ghost 14 (Drop 12) or the Brooks Glycerin 20 (drop 10). However, I repeat, their stability is unparalleled. You know exactly where your foot is landing. Also, it has very good energy return. For speed and interval exercises, they are divine. The same goes for walking.
