Use Viking lubricant to lubricate your treadmill belt to reduce friction during exercise. This will extend its lifespan and performance. The process should be repeated every 12-15 hours of use or after a long period of inactivity.

How to Use:

• With one hand, slightly lift the running belt and with the other, spray for 5" on each side.
• Let the treadmill run by itself for 3-4' to distribute the lubrication over the entire surface.
