At -6 I was dressed in thermal clothing and wool, and on top I put a second sleeping bag. It's okay for those who are comfortable with the mummy style.

The only negative thing about the sleeping bag is its weight and volume, but other than that, the sleeping bag is amazing - resistant to moisture and very warm!!!! At this price, I highly recommend it with closed eyes, and as for the cold, you won't feel a thing!!!!!!

You get what you pay for. Satisfactory warmth in moderate cold (tested up to -7C). Good and with enough moisture inside a tent. Extremely bulky and heavy. Forget about it completely if you're going to carry it on your back. Narrow in the upper part of the body for a large adult. It has been washed 3 times and has not lost its properties or volume.

The only negative thing it has is the weight and it is a bit tight for me, as I weigh 93 kilos and I am 1.83 meters tall. However, for its price, it is worth it

Tested in cold conditions with high humidity in Mount Olympus plateau and Lake Tymfi. You don't feel anything from the cold, I slept with thermals and fleece and had it open to get air. Of course, it plays a basic role if you sleep in a good tent, but still, it's amazing. It has a hood with elastic for better fit on the head. Wide enough to be able to turn inside. One big negative is the large volume it takes up and its weight, as it doesn't fit inside an alpine backpack at all, and it takes up a lot of volume if you hang it outside. I don't regret getting it in terms of what it offers for sleep, but only in terms of transportation.
