It does its job well, but in two months it burned out the circuit board. Of course, they replaced it for me, but it took 2 weeks to arrive, leaving me without a vacuum cleaner. Now it works well again, and I hope it lasts this time. If not... I will come back!

In 1.5 years, the battery suddenly, while its performance had dropped slightly, completely gave out. It struggles on thick carpets. Storage in the dock is more difficult compared to other models in the same category.

Quite good for everyday use in a small apartment. Of course, you need to use the turbo speed to get results, and this lasts about 10 minutes. No comparison to the classic electric vacuum in terms of its absorbency. Its pros include the fact that it "breaks" and goes under the sofa and bed - quite convenient, the light it has at the end of its nozzle so you can see what's happening on the floor, and the fact that it can also be used as a handheld vacuum - for those who don't have one.

Very good, user-friendly, weak battery.
If you have it at full volume, it lasts very little.
The purchase of a second battery for replacement is considered necessary.

The vacuum cleaner was practical for light cleaning in up to approximately 60 sqm. The battery does not last for an apartment of 100 sqm, let alone in turbo mode. I had to recharge it to continue using it. It is also not suitable for fluffy carpets, only for hard floors and thin carpets.
Unfortunately, after 1.5 years, the battery no longer works. The new battery currently costs 129 euros. But that's not the worst part. The worst part is that I have been waiting for 3 months since I placed the order with the service center and I still don't have a battery. So the after-sales service is TERRIBLE.
Also, the company sells it as a supplementary sweeper, not as an electric vacuum cleaner. The service center told me that if there is dust in the device when it is brought in for service, the warranty does not apply (if there is any damage).
Get a different brand instead, one that may have a higher initial price but has a longer-lasting battery and spare parts available.

I have small children and a pet, I believe it was one of the best purchases I have made. It has saved my hands. However, a 100sqm house does not clean it all with one charge. But I got it more for when they drop something so I rarely do the whole house. It is quite absorbent.

Everything is perfect apart from the battery indeed requires a bit of improvements as many other stick vacuum cleaners do

It is the second one I buy. Not because the first one broke, but for the vacation home. The best gift I have given myself. The previous one I had (known brand) broke in two years and cannot be repaired. I highly recommend it.

Excellent and quite powerful vacuum. Very lightweight and the fact that it can be folded to fit under sofas makes cleaning even easier and faster. One downside is that it doesn't stand upright in the space, you have to lean it against a wall because it also falls. Also, its autonomy is not as advertised if you constantly use the boost in a 50 sqm space and it definitely weighs more than one kilo. Other than that, I am very satisfied with the Rowenta as always
