Yes, it is problematic. I took it to the dealership 3 or 4 times, where they assisted me with repairs but without results since the steam button still wouldn't work. Every time the same issue with the button, resulting in me not having steam.
Obviously, they produce some defective models. In the end, I requested a replacement with their other model (they have a total of 2) and it works fine.
Other than that, it is somewhat of a heavy iron, very powerful, and irons nicely.

I am very satisfied. I read the previous comments and personally, it doesn't seem heavy to me. It also produces a lot of steam and in fact, I successfully ironed a little piece of clothing that I had left un-ironed for a while, with the help of the steam even when I lowered the intensity, as you will see in the video. I like its design and that it has a large opening for the water to go in. If we take its price into account, for me it is a very good value for money purchase. It's worth it!

It irons very well, is sturdy, heats up quickly, alerts you when it's in the wrong position for too long, and shuts off if left unused for 8 minutes. Compared to the previous one that couldn't iron at all, it's like night and day. If only the cord were a bit longer, it would be perfect. I don't have an opinion on its longevity yet.
***UPDATE: after 2 weeks of use, the steam button broke on my unit too
