  It does not heat the room. I bought an 800 Watt panel for a 10 square meter room. It operates 24 hours a day and the room temperature does not exceed 19 degrees. You don't even need a thermostat. It was a waste of money.

  I have the 1000w panels (3 months) and the 800w panels (6 months) in the living room (17.5 sqm) and the bedroom (10.5 sqm) respectively, totaling 43 sqm of the house. In terms of consumption and performance, it is very decent and cost-effective compared to any other electric heating device (as evidenced by the nominal power). As for the performance, I have to say that it creates a peculiar warmth in the atmosphere where it radiates (there may be a difference of 1 to 3 degrees lower where it does not radiate). I mention the peculiar warmth because even though the thermometer says 21 degrees, there is a chill that is normal because the air in the room is cold due to the technology of infrared radiation that heats bodies and not the air. With that being said, I live in northern Greece, specifically in Thessaloniki, and in temperatures up to +7 degrees outside, they are comfortably used for primary heating and manage to make the thermometer show up to 21-22 degrees (house from '64 with aluminum frames and reinforced entrance door, sunny without any other insulation). In terms of performance time, it stays permanently at 18 degrees and takes about an hour to exceed 20 degrees (wireless thermostat, with the panels installed on the ceiling for greater coverage area) in the coldest days last year at -5 degrees, I had only left the house and went to my mother's house, which has gas because in my house, even with them open all day, it did not raise the temperature above 18 degrees. This year, with these "miraculous" infrared heating panels, I use the air conditioner on average for 3 hours to warm up the cold air when it is below +7 degrees. As for the electricity bill, it varies due to the energy crisis, so I will refer to the consumption. I mainly use the 1000w panels in the living room, and I usually keep the 800w panel off for savings. I use it at about 30% compared to the living room's 1000w panel. Monthly, I have a consumption of about 300kWh with the use of a water heater, washing machine, dryer, and minimal kitchen use, and I live alone in the house, so the conclusions are yours regarding consumption. PS: I am 85% satisfied with the performance and consumption, hence the 4 stars. I would give it the 5th star if this technology covered the air in the atmosphere.

  Excellent product. A half-stone house in the countryside, 38 square meters, two rooms, 17 square meters and 21 square meters. I installed a 600w in one room and a 1000w in the other, barely reaching the wattage and not ideally matching the manufacturer's specs. However, due to financial reasons, I couldn't add another smaller one to the 21 square meters.
  Steady temperature of 20 degrees, they work all day, every day.
  The electricity consumption with one person staying in the house is approximately 22 to 25 kilowatt-hours per day.

  I had read about infrared heating and decided to buy 2 400W panels for our bedrooms, which are about 10 square meters. Fortunately, I followed a suggestion I read on the store's website to contact them for help in choosing the right panel. I called them and explained the reasons why the room size is not the only criterion for selection. They asked me to describe the 2 rooms and we concluded that the 400W panel was sufficient for one room, while for the other room, which has 2 exterior walls and is north-facing, they advised me to buy the larger 600W panel. I installed them on the wall and operate them with thermostats. They do an excellent job. I am completely satisfied.
