Everything was fine, but a small screw was missing, meaning that out of 10, there were only 9, and 1/3 of the larger ones that are used to secure it to the wall were the wrong size (thin). I bought some screws from a store and had no problem.

The design is very close to the photo. It is ergonomic. It is beautiful. The hooks are of very poor quality, they can withstand the weight of a face towel and that's it! Anything heavier starts breaking one by one after 2 months.
