The Hooligan CE jacket is the natural embodiment of ICON's core mission to protect the most at-risk riders. Built with our sport pattern for an aggressive riding posture, it is made from 300D polyester loaded with D3O impact protectors at the shoulder, elbow, and back. Additionally, mesh Weave panels placed in strategic areas significantly increase airflow through the jacket. The Hooligan is fully CE certified for impact and abrasion but maintains user-friendly features and maximum comfort.
