Exactly as shown in the photo, easy assembly, just one issue that deducts 2 stars for sure. The discs do not sit well and they move, resulting in noise when you touch something on the top disc and the bottom disc, quite a loud metallic noise. A big downside. I put felt pads under the discs, the ones you put on chair legs to prevent noise when moving them, and the situation improved. If you don't mind doing the same, go for it, but if I knew it would be like this, I would have chosen something wooden to avoid this issue because I placed it in the children's room next to the rocking chair and the last thing you want is noise waking up the baby.
