It is a very nice game, somewhat reminiscent of a mix of 'Monopoly' with the resources of 'Ticket To Ride' and the concept of the cards needed to build, as well as some extra game cards. Exchanging resources to build, etc.
You assemble the board in a different way each time if you want (it's like a puzzle of hexagons) to keep the game from getting boring and to develop new strategies.
It lasts quite a while as a game, I think at least an hour.
The rules are detailed (and extensive) at first, which can be a bit tiring because there are quite a few, but afterwards, when you learn them, the game is not difficult.

+ The board can change so you don't get bored
+ It's a relatively game of chance and strategy, so you develop a degree of critical thinking to place your villages or cities.
+ There are expansions available if you want to add more players. (I haven't bought any yet, so I don't know how they are)
+ In addition to the rules, it also has an 'Index' that keeps all the important information summarized, so you can refer to it if you get stuck at the beginning.
Cons:
- Quite a few rules at the beginning that may become tiresome.
- Only plays up to 4 players, so if you have a big group, 5 or 6, you will want an expansion.
