The first Hoka shoe I try. It fit me immediately when I put it on, like I've been wearing it for a long time. Very good and comfortable for training.
As my first model of running shoes, I can say that I have a good impression. Very good shock absorption and good fit on the foot. However, after 500+ kilometers of wearing them, they have started to open up a bit at the seam between the fabric and the sole (right foot) and have been worn out in the classic Achilles area due to friction. Finally, I wear size 44 2/3, but ideally I would recommend half a size larger, because for slightly wider feet and high arches, it will feel tight at the beginning until it stretches (maybe that's why they opened up at the seams I mentioned earlier). Overall, it's worth its money at €90 that I found it on sale, and up to €100. If you go higher, you can get other shoes and a higher category.
Very good and stable shoe. Soft, good quality construction, comfortable. The only thing you need to be careful about is that you should take 1/2 size bigger than your usual.
They are incredibly comfortable, lightweight, and durable shoes. The only downside is that you need to order one size up from what you usually wear, otherwise they are small.
I have worn them out. Preparation for a marathon and everyday use at work and walks. Over 2,000 km of running plus how many kilometers daily. I bought them for running due to pronation. Indeed, you feel the arch lifting and they provide great support. They have a lightweight feel and I have worn them for long runs and 5 km races. I will buy the same ones again when they wear out, but they hold up well!!
Update 7/12/23:
The marathon is over. They refuse to break!! Training continues normally with the same shoes.
First of all, very nice color. Secondly, very stable shoe. The quality is definitely good. The fabric is much superior to other similar brands. Soft throughout its length. I want to clarify that I am not a runner nor do I run, so my opinion is not professional or from someone who runs daily. I like athletic shoes and I have many. I walk quite a bit and that is my criterion. I have nothing negative to say at the moment.
Bought for 89.25 euros. Size 42 2/3 and weight 273g. I have the orange one. It is a shoe for kilometers. The fabric is very good and it fits well on the foot, and the tongue with elastic holds the foot very well. The heel has a hard protection, but the issue with the holes from the laces, which are externally square and rub on the tongue, remains. The sole is hard, good at absorbing shocks, and provides good stability, but the company needs to soften its material a bit. It is good as energy return.
Very good for the use I want it for (running on a field, asphalt, etc.) and for those who have mild overpronation. They are durable. I will come back after a certain period of time and the corresponding kilometers
