    It didn't have some holes, the wood is okay, they open easily there. But on the metal, you can't open ... there was one hole missing, one screw was missing, the clasp was there but it was useless. Besides the missing screw, there was also another issue, somewhat on its sides, it was smooth, resulting in it not working. They didn't have any extra screws, unfortunately. If you don't have the right tools, I would say to have someone else fix it for you, for a fee, as they offer as an option. Expensive option...

    I love assembling furniture, but this one was a hassle...
