It is very thank you for using it .. It does what it says, only the GPS has a little issue due to the LBS signal, just download the se tracker 2 on the parent's mobile and set everything up from there and remove the SIM pin. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT WITHOUT HESITATION.

The GPS/LBS is useless. It does not locate the child's location in any case, not even approximately.
I returned it for technical inspection, and they sent it back to me, saying that there is absolutely no issue!!
They did not accept replacement, nor the purchase of another product, nor a refund.

Very good for communicating with the child, just someone before setting it up should know the following so as not to be inconvenienced. The sim card must first be inserted into a mobile phone and then the pin must be deactivated. Then download the application on the mobile phone and then insert the card into the watch. Also, it may take from a little while to a few hours for synchronization to be completed. If someone knows these, they will not have any trouble.

The rest of the time, it would say it's not connected to a network. I sent it for repair, they kept it for two weeks, and it came back with a note saying they didn't do anything, basically saying that's just how the watch is. It's exactly the same, if not worse. Now it doesn't connect to my phone at all. So it's completely useless to me right now. In the past, I had bought two watches from the same company, a blue square one, which was really good. It also had the watch up app, so the child could make video calls with others besides the administrator. It's a shame I didn't buy the same one again, I just trusted it because it's from the same company. Stay away, you will cry for your money.

After that, everything is easy and simple, even compared to the Elari watch that I have had for two years and considered easy and reliable (which it is), but this one has parameters and menus that make its application easier.
