In the first trip I took it, the handle broke. We thought that the damage was done in the airplane compartment and luckily they repaired it for us for free at the store where we bought it. However, in the immediately following trip, the handle came off when we were still filling it. And both cases were with 15 kilos of weight while it can hold 23. So it's a good suitcase overall but it seems to have a factory weakness in the handle. I also have another diplomat suitcase that is superb, so I believe that the model has the problem.
