    I used Galenic's cleansing foam for many years, which was a beloved product of mine, both for its wonderful scent and its deep cleansing and quick removal. Seeing that it was discontinued, I turned to the only alternative from the company, this powder, despite my reservations about its texture. I was extremely disappointed with this expensive product, which has the scent and feel of a simple soap and, of course, does not produce any foam when in contact with water. I even went so far as to contact the company to express my frustration and declare that I am obviously saying goodbye to this company because I felt that they took advantage of my previous approval of the brand and that of others who made the mistake of paying for this completely unacceptable concoction. This obsession of product managers to change successful products without warning the public so that they can stock up on some packages is another reason why they annoy their customers and then wonder about the results in sales.
