We have had it for 3 years without using it much and without much force on the motor (we only chopped meat and made it into very small pieces before grinding it), and now in the last operation, the motor smelled like a burnt cable and it had heated up. I stopped it and took it out to prevent a fire. Such a waste of money....!!

Just washed it and the coating came off, and now every time it produces black residue that I have to wash off before using it. The attachments cannot be washed in the washing machine, nor can they be washed with hot water. Apart from this, the motor works fine for now.

Very powerful machine but when I put peppers inside (a lot), few of the juices passed through to the inside and the safety switch tripped.

Since then, the machine works, but one time when I touched it, it gave me an electric shock.

Its plug doesn't have grounding contacts, which is unacceptable for a device with a metal body!

I wanted to open it to clean it, but the screws it has are like the sun of Vergina and none of my screwdrivers fit. :-)

The situation is laughable. Today, for the first time, I tried to make minced meat from goat meat and as soon as I put the first piece inside, it broke. The motor seems to be running, but the transmission doesn't turn. I imagine that some plastic gear must have broken.

I come back again. . very amazing tool. I have it for 3 years, 4 this year. .. I have cut 150 kilograms of beef, pork, and chicken breast. The last 2 years. . Tireless and 50 kilograms in one day, 1 hour just to learn. .

I have had it for almost five years and I have cut over 200 kilograms of meat, absolutely no problem. Even if it broke again, I would still buy the same one.

I have lost 20 kilograms in 4 months using it very well and with the savings I have made, it is debt-free.....with beef on offer at 6.20 and pork at 3.20, you can make free mince for the little ones

Very mediocre condition as it has a plastic gear inside and with the first difficulties you need a dealership.
