Description

Famous spice blend originating from Northern India, despite its name, which loosely translates to hot spice powder, it is spicy and not hot. It combines the aroma of green cardamom, with the pungency of Malabar pepper and the fermented earthy taste of black cardamom. It also contains cumin, coriander, caraway, cinnamon, and clove. It pairs well with legumes, oily dishes, lamb, goat, pork, chicken, and vegetables with eggplants or potatoes.

I bought various, mainly Indian, blends and they were all excellent. Fresh with intense aromas. When the Skroutz Point locker opened to pick up my package, the aromas spread throughout the space and passersby were asking what smelled so beautiful! They arrived quickly, carefully packaged, and I will definitely shop again from the spice shop

Very good blend ratio. Mostly, the ingredients seem to be of good quality. As a result, the taste is authentic and exactly what you expect from Garam Masala.
