Preparation: Melt in the microwave (approximately 700 W in a heat-resistant bowl) or in a pan at 170°C. Stir the isomalt every 20-30 seconds until completely melted. Place the bowl/pan in a bowl with a small amount of cold water for about 10 seconds. The isomalt is now hardened, and you can color and process it as you like. CAUTION!: Melted isomalt is very hot!
