It is aesthetically pleasing but difficult to assemble. The cubbyhole in the photo is so small that both of my cats couldn't fit in it no matter how hard they tried. It is not square as shown in the photo, on the contrary, it has gaps on the sides where there are no columns (there are only 2 diametrically opposed columns). The columns on which it is supported were of poor quality and were damaged with a little extra pressure, which was required anyway. Also, the columns with the sisal rope move quite a bit and the fabrics tore relatively quickly. I have given it a relatively mediocre rating mainly because it has been used quite a bit by my cats.
