Amazing maker. If someone has good ingredients, like mozzarella, good tomato sauce, good dough recipe, you get very, very close to Neapolitan pizza (for me pizza=margherita and only).
I bought it for professional use,
I am very satisfied,
the only thing you need to do is to rotate the pizza 1-2 times during baking because the back part doesn't bake the same, due to the fact that the heating element makes Omega.
This pizza has nothing to do with the one baked in the oven. It's worth every euro if you like pizza and make it at home often. We have enjoyed it thoroughly.... The only thing that bothers me a little is the blackness it has produced on the baking stone, but it's purely aesthetic, it doesn't affect the baking at all. I was hesitant to buy it at around 100€ but I didn't regret it at all. We haven't bought pizza again.
Relatively good for its price... If you want to make a pizza with a size of, for example, 28 cm. It won't be good enough due to the fact that its resistance is small in terms of the plate's area and the total circumference, resulting in the crust not being well cooked... It is good for 25 cm and below... You should use a dose of liquid dough to make it like the Neapolitan style and of course, room temperature... If you take the dough out of the fridge and put it directly on it, it will be difficult to bake...
I didn't buy it myself but a friend did for his uncle. Amazing pizza! I will buy it myself at the first opportunity and will write more. Anyway, the pizza was crispy, just the way I like it, with the perfect baking. It takes a little skill at the beginning to find the combination that suits you, but then you don't worry. They told me that you can make a thicker dough instead of crispy, but we didn't do it and I don't have an opinion.
