We have had it for a year and a half. One day, after I closed it, the next day it wouldn't turn on. I plugged it in and it said 100% charged, but it would only turn on with the charger and I had to wrap the power bank around it. I don't know how long it will last.

As previous buyers have mentioned, the screen is very fragile.... it will break with the slightest drop.... it's a shame because my child liked it, and now I've been trying to find a replacement glass for almost 2 months.... and I don't think the dealership has it either. If you don't put a screen protector, things will be difficult.

We received it as a gift for our son on Easter last year and within less than a year, it fell from the hands of the little one and the screen broke. Because you can't put a screen protector on this model at least, we asked and they couldn't put a screen protector on it. It says it's durable for kids, but only on the sides, not on the screen, it's not protected. Also, after 3-4 months of use, the battery drains very quickly, you have to charge it every now and then.

Buy it at Christmas just 6 months ago and for no reason it stopped working. It only shows a line on the screen and only the buttons work. Also, it has faded in many places and the rubber has never fallen off. It doesn't even take a scratch. I hope the warranty covers it because it was so happy when we bought it for only 119€

I received it from a store and 2 days later it fell on the floor from the child's hand, it landed with the purple corner and didn't even touch the screen as I was watching the fall, nevertheless the whole screen cracked and the touch didn't work. I sent it to the company's headquarters that produces them and of course the warranty doesn't cover breakage, I told them that it says on the box that it is resistant to falls but here it fell and broke as the reason says. They changed the screen for me with 35€ and sent it back to me, I am looking everywhere for tempered glass or a special membrane but there is nothing available for this junk and only if a store agrees to cut the membrane for me and fit it to the curved edges of the screen, the job will be done. But now, since the screen replacement, as soon as we started using it, it started freezing and restarting on its own.. such a shame for a new product that only brought joy to the child... unfortunately, because I won't get anywhere even if I send it back to the service, no work will be done.. And from what I see, within a month, all of us who bought this thing are running after a screen.. unacceptable.. it says it's resistant to falls!!! hahahaha

Just now the screen cracked again without us doing anything!! We were playing with the child and in one of the touches with the finger, the screen suddenly cracked!!
I am starting procedures for a refund and a lawsuit for deceptive product because it does exactly the opposite of what the packaging says.

While at first I was excited, fast, immediate connection to Wi-Fi, very good screen resolution. Its use is exclusively for Netflix and YouTube for children's programs. After 2 months, many points on the screen do not work, resulting in not being able to give commands, the rotating screen rotates whenever it wants, and the Wi-Fi connection is lost very often without any problem with the router or the connection. It has not suffered any falls or hits, and its usage is not more than 2 hours per day.

17/9/2023. After 1 year of use, it ended up in recycling. The on/off switch was repaired 2-3 times under warranty - Thessaloniki. In the end, when it was out of warranty, the screen started having issues (it didn't respond to touch on the edges). It was good for one year.
