Incredible product, I regret not buying it until now. I sleep like an angel, it has a very nice feeling that makes me not want to get out of bed. It takes about fifteen to twenty minutes to warm up, be careful to cover it with a blanket or duvet to keep it warm. It has 4 levels. I set it to level 3 and lower it to level 2 because it's more comfortable, meaning you sleep warm without getting too hot. The truth is, I didn't go for something cheap because you don't mess around with these things. I bought a double and a single one for 158 euros. So far, the whole family is satisfied with what it offers. Buy it immediately. The information inside the box is without plastic wrap, so don't wonder what's going on because I had the same question and a friend answered it for me. The photos are from a double bed 1.60x2.00 so you can understand the size of the heated mattress pad it covers. Update 1/4/21: It continues to work perfectly without any issues, the winter was warm and economical. I am very satisfied with my purchase. My bed is 160cm (width) * 200cm (length) - king size.
I am satisfied with the temperature it produced; in fact, I had to remove the blanket to lower the temperature after I turned off the electric mattress pad.
It definitely takes 20 - 30 minutes, covered with a blanket, to warm up because it is a large unit and like all electric mattress pads, it has thin resistors.
The sensation of the resistors is imperceptible, and you sleep without realizing their presence.
If you have restless sleep and it shifts out of position, take it to have straps / cords / ropes - elastics sewn on, so that the bed can be placed within the straps you will have put on.In case you want a timer or to operate it at specific times, you can get a "Mechanical Plug Timer." But I bought it only because of the brand guarantee, so I can have it on all night and not be afraid. The 4 stars are for the elastic band. Is it possible for it not to have an elastic band? To be honest though, it doesn't come off its place. It just requires surgical movements when changing the sheets. Otherwise, it doesn't move over time, and the resistances are not bothersome at all.

Also, a big negative for me is that it does not have rubber on the edges to stabilize it on the mattress, resulting in it gathering on one side or the other, especially if someone moves during sleep. On the positive side, it has very good construction materials, multiple levels with the thermostat, it is easy to clean, and perhaps the most important positive is that when you have it on the highest setting, after 3 hours if I remember correctly, it drops in temperature and automatically shuts off after 12 hours.

The temperature is evenly distributed throughout its entire length. It takes a few minutes on the highest setting to reach temperature, always with the covers covering it. From there, the 2nd and 1st settings are enough to sleep like a baby. It has been used in a room without any other heating source and it has truly saved me.

Hello. I have been a owner for 3 months now and I have become addicted to the comforting feeling that a good mattress topper provides. I admit that I hesitated to make a purchase due to all the things I heard, but ultimately, after researching, I ended up choosing beurer mattress toppers for their quality, performance, and 5-year warranty (which I hope I won't need).
This particular mattress topper is in a different category compared to the Chinese-Turkish ones that are circulating under different names.
First of all, I feel absolute safety and trust, which is the most important thing for such devices. As soon as you take it out of the box, you feel the texture of the fleece, which is incredibly soft and fluffy (something that you realize later on helps you feel the resistance minimally), it has enough weight compared to the fakes that are circulating (something that ultimately helps it not to wrinkle or break easily), and its controllers are well-made. With the first contact, it gives you the certainty that it is at least a quality implementation.
The mattress topper heats up much faster and more than the ts15 from beurer that I have.
At level 4, within 30 minutes, it is already very warm, as long as it is properly covered to avoid any heat loss.
After 3 hours, if you have it on level 4 or 3, it automatically goes to level 2 and turns off after 12 hours.Personally, I wouldn't change the company for anything, yes, the cost is higher compared to others, but as I mentioned before, the safety, quality, and 5-year warranty are non-negotiable. I just hope that the after-sales service of the company proves to be as good as its products, if needed. Then it will be a true investment.
