  I wanted a small speaker for places where I can't have a sound system (e.g., beach, kitchen, trips, workspace) that sounds satisfactory and lasts long enough without having to spend a fortune on JBL, provides SD, and is stereo as well. After a lot of searching, I chose this speaker. It is quite decent for what it offers; you won't be throwing a party, of course, nor should you expect booming bass (though it's not bad), but it is definitely much better than listening to music, for example, from your mobile's speaker or other cheap devices. Also, the battery indeed lasts several hours; I don't know if it reaches 12, but it has given me 5-6 full hours and could last longer. It has never lost connection with my phone or other devices I tested it with, nor have I ever had any connection issues after 4 months of regular use!! It also has an SD card slot to work without Bluetooth. The downside with the SD implementation is that I couldn't find a way to reset to the beginning of the folder; it only goes to the next/previous song from where it stopped (it remembers where it was even if I remove the card). The second downside is that if there is an SD card, it does not accept any Bluetooth connection unless it reaches the end of the songs or even if it is not currently playing from the card. I would expect that if a Bluetooth connection attempt is made, the music from the SD would automatically stop and Bluetooth would take precedence, and when disconnected, it would return to the SD. Unfortunately, you have to remove the SD to allow the BT connection. Imagine, for example, being at the beach, having created a playlist on the SD, and in the fun, deciding to play something from your phone; you have to remove the SD! Also, if you consider it a downside, it has an older type charging port, microUSB. Apart from these, it's a very good speaker for its price.

  After a week of use, I have to say that this speaker is Value for Money!!! Its battery is incredible, it lasts almost as long as it claims, the sound is crystal clear and quite powerful for its size. It supports Bluetooth 5 and takes a micro SD card, and it is waterproof!!! Highly recommended without hesitation!!!
