    I bought it in early October '19, used it for a week, and it started making a second noise. I contacted customer service and they told me to bring it in. From 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, hours when I can't leave my work. I spoke with the store where I bought it and they said they would take it themselves. I took it to the store and after four weeks, they haven't even taken it to the service center. I believe you understand...
