Basically, I got it for insulin resistance instead of the glucophage that my doctor prescribed (always with his consent). It is a bit more expensive than glucophage, but because it helps with both insulin resistance and cholesterol reduction, I preferred to take this one. So I eat normally and then this helps me not to have the tendency to constantly eat sweets. Before taking it, I was constantly hungry and even though I ate regularly, I felt unsatisfied.     I take 2 tablets along with dinner and it has suppressed my craving for sweets that I used to have late at night. The taste is unpleasant and bitter, while the tablets are quite large. I didn't experience any side effects. It reduces insulin resistance for about 4 hours, so some people who take it to regulate their sugar levels should take it 3 times a day. That is, 1 or 2 tablets with each meal. It also cleans plaque in the arteries if taken for months, but it's too early for me to mention personal experience on this. In various videos I watched, doctors said that it speeds up fat burning after 2-3 weeks of use, which is still too early for me to judge if it happened to me.
