The extraction on the double is 22 seconds, I get 34ml from 18g of coffee, there is moisture in the group head and the coffee comes out without crema.. I have changed the grind size, I have the Sage Pro grinder, if anyone can help.
Update 29-6-24, I now rate it 4 stars after several tests and after about 1.5 months with proper tamping, it really plays a significant role. With a scale and even distribution, I made really good coffee, I have tried Illy beans with 12.4 grind and 13 on the blades, I got 45ml from 18ml, and Dimello beans with 11.8 grind and 11 on the blades, I got 47ml from 18ml. Now I will try Lavazza Expert Gusto Forte. A negative is the large distance from the group head to the cup, but also that the cup slips, you are forced to use large cups to get the extraction.
Update 5-10-24, 5 stars!!! Now with Mauro Deluxe coffee at 12.6 grind and 9 grind setting, 17g, I get amazing coffee at 40ml in 28 seconds
