I have been using it for a month now, I am satisfied, the food comes out as if it is grilled "on charcoal", very tasty. It is for the balcony, not for indoor use.
For me, this purchase was a complete failure even though I had high expectations based on the reviews.
Of course, the thermostat is always on full power.. always water in the drip tray.. very slow cooking with the aluminum lid down, the thermostat doesn't allow it to heat up quickly so it remains off for long periods of time and takes an unimaginable amount of time to heat up. It takes forever... It's better to leave the lid open, that way it works constantly until the fish or steak is cooked.
Everything sticks to the grill.. it's very difficult to clean..
It's not worth the money at all.

Owner of this grill for about 1 year with over 100 grilling sessions and I have to say: It grills well, - always with the thermostat at maximum and constant flipping of the food - the meats are cooked and at the same time remain juicy and flavorful - It definitely takes more time than charcoal. It always needs water in the tray to prevent the fats from catching fire. Sometimes residues stick to the grill and require scrubbing to remove. The downside is that cleaning is difficult and requires a lot of time and scrubbing. Overall, it is worth its money.
Very powerful in grilling and very fast! First time an electric grill has so many burners and when you close the lid, it doubles the temperature! In 45 minutes, I grilled 2 kilograms of pork chops very easily, approximately 3 times I filled and emptied the grilling surface. Overall, the construction could have been better with higher quality metal parts, but it excels in grilling compared to any other electric grill. Surprisingly, I found it for 45 euros in a store with iron tools and I bought it from there.
