  In 24 days from our purchase, the rear light stopped working, in 26 days after our purchase the engine stopped working and as a result I had to drag it because it wouldn't roll freely. It was returned to the store where I bought it and the employee told me it's a shame because if it broke within 9 days it would be replaced immediately. Now it will be sent to Xiaomi and they will decide if it will be repaired or replaced. I fell into the trap with the previous Pro2, the company returned it to me in about a month. We are on the 10th day and no one has contacted me yet about what will happen. Even though the employee who received it told me not to expect anything immediately, after 3 weeks I may have news. (I know, I know, I tell him, although I hoped that the situation would have improved). I give it 3 stars for the previous one I had, the Pro2. Surely the large wheel makes it safer, but that's about it. Autonomy at around 100 kg is about 15 km, after that it goes into safe mode at 20 km to get another 5 - 6 km out.

  After 4 months, the rear light is broken. If you take it to the dealership, they keep it for a month. Eventually, it was found that the light did not turn on due to a battery issue. Which is the same and worse in terms of duration compared to the pro2 for my weight (about 90 kg). I am not 100% satisfied with the purchase, the after-sales service is very inconvenient. Extra tip: do not lose the QR code that it has during the purchase. I made a mistake and can no longer use the app.

  On the road, when I put it in sport mode, it went very fast and the brakes are very powerful and stop the scooter satisfactorily. It also has cruise control, which makes your life much easier. It is very user-friendly, as soon as you press the brake or the throttle, it activates. It also has KERS, which allows energy recovery. Maybe that's why I preferred it. It has good road behavior and good tires for autonomy. I still don't know much about it because I have it for a short time

  I haven't purchased it from skroutz so I can't have an opinion about the stores. Attention: you have to tighten the brake because otherwise it doesn't catch at all. (User weighing 50 kilograms) The autonomy is amazing, the kilometers it claims are only on straight roads, but it still charges downhill. For my weight, it goes up steeper slopes than it is mentioned, but the situation gets harder as the weight increases. Overall, it's worth its price of 700€, imagine I bought it for 800€ and I don't regret it.
