Very good for an air fryer. Essentially, you don't use the oven. In other words, you replace ~3000W with 1200W. The window is extremely useful. You save cooking time (since you don't constantly open it to check the temperature) and have complete control. Now let's talk about the main dish they advertise, french fries. You buy an air fryer supposedly for your family to eat healthier. But here's the thing, in order to achieve the cooking times mentioned (and the quantity), you need to buy...pre-fried ones! For classic homemade potatoes that you cut yourself, it takes 40 minutes at 200°C and even then, about 15% will be undercooked and about 10% will be burnt, despite stirring them. Of course, despite its 5+ L capacity, there's no need to fill it up. So, you need 40 minutes for 1-1.5 servings, and even those will have some undercooked and some burnt potatoes because our hands can't cut them uniformly like the pre-fried ones, which some even come from...mashed potato molds. So, to prepare a meal, you need about 2 hours easily. And after the potatoes are done, you turn on the oven, put them inside at 60-80°C to keep them warm until the rest are done, if you have mouths to feed. Now let's talk about the good things. We have tried roasted vegetables, vegetable patties, zucchini fritters, meatballs, frankfurter sausages, chicken nuggets, etc. The results are E-X-C-E-L-L-E-N-T. With 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil, we completely got rid of seed oils. Only our potatoes are not great (especially for the little one), but everything else is fine. These machines were probably made for bachelors because for a family to eat, you start preparing hours in advance. Of course, it doesn't require constant monitoring.

We had the previous fryer from the same company and because we were satisfied, we bought this one that has a glass in front of the basket and we can control the cooking status of the food. I highly recommend it.
