The only negative thing is the screws, they are unacceptable, they don't screw properly into the case. Other than that, I am satisfied. Very well-made and high-quality construction with a very good cable length, and definitely one of the best static pressure fans for a computer. Another plus is its beautiful design. I would buy it again in case any of the other fans in my PC break. If I had to find a negative, it would be the screws, which I would prefer in black color or even better, rubberized!
Overall, I highly recommend it because it definitely combines quality with an affordable price!

The second one worked fine and has good performance, and it is relatively quiet compared to the high-quality Noctua fans, which are completely silent.

It is silent up to 800rpm and even at full rpm the sound is not annoying at all, you only hear the airflow and nothing from the motor. It sounds louder than a 140mm fan that I have, but at normal levels as it reaches up to 1500rpm and it is 120mm. I gave it 4 stars because it doesn't have a sleeved cable, but it is completely black and it doesn't have rubber coating for perimeter vibrations. As a value for money, it will definitely be one of the top choices, in terms of performance the SW3 fans are slightly better with fewer dB but more expensive.

Of course, it has a bit of noise at full load because the airflow is huge, so if you set it to 80% MAX, it covers you. And to see a bigger difference, you need to install them with rubber mounts instead of screws, which you can find 100 pieces for less than €5.

As for temperatures on an overclocked 4690k, I have roughly the same temperatures at full load and about 1 to 2 degrees lower at idle.
Where they fall short is in the noise, as in idle mode with custom fan curves, the noise is minimal for my case (Cosmos S).
They are recommended if someone is looking for silent fans with good performance at a good price.
