Frost-protection fabric in a roll from Bradas with dimensions 1.6 x 100m. The fabric protects shrubs, trees, and sensitive plants from frost, hail, snow, and strong wind. It increases the temperature and humidity under the cover, providing ideal conditions for plants to cope with winter. It allows light, water, and air to pass through. It is UV resistant.

How does it work?

The cells of the plant freeze when the perceived temperature drops below zero for an extended period. This usually happens in conditions of intense evaporation of moisture present on the leaves. Such conditions prevail during the early morning hours when the sun comes into direct contact with the leaves or when strong winds prevail. The frost-protection fabric protects by allowing photosynthesis and proper respiration of the plants. It is made from hydrophobic material, which does not retain moisture, thereby preventing the development of fungal diseases.
