  Yes, it's not a 40 euro wrench, but it is very sturdy construction, all thick metal, good welds, and importantly, it goes up to 51.5 cm, despite being a low profile 8.5 cm and three-ton. The instructions inform that it requires ventilation and possibly oil supplement before first use. The instructions are only in English, which personally doesn't bother me. I haven't had it for long, if it presents any issues, I will come back.
