I eat it every morning with banana and oats, and it keeps me full until the afternoon when I get home. It contains added protein, and this creates something like crystals in its texture. But the fact that it has no preservatives and other additives, along with its very affordable price, leads me to make it my only preference
This peanut butter is ok, it does the job for additional protein however you can find tiny crustals I guess from the protein not fully resolving in the peanut butter. Didn't enjoy this type of crunch.

I thought I was getting pure peanut butter with small pieces of whole peanuts in it. This is what is generally referred to as "crunchy".

I was reading in the reviews that it is crispy, but I didn't expect it to be so much. It was a pleasant surprise, combined with the taste and the carbohydrate content (11.8g, of which 6.3g is sugar) and the protein it has is simply perfect.
Such peanut butter in terms of price and macronutrient ingredients is hard to find. It is the highest in protein and at the same time the lowest in carbohydrates, fats, and calories compared to the others of its kind. Quite crunchy, which doesn't bother me, it just should be written on the packaging.

This specific peanut butter is overly crunchy, in some parts if you eat it with a spoon you can even find whole peanuts inside! It is supposed to be "Smooth" as stated in the headline, meaning with a smooth texture, but there is nothing like that anywhere! Besides that, it is also bitter when it should have a slightly salty taste! I will never buy it again for sure and the bad thing is that I bought 1 kilogram of it!
