Initially, I found it for 230€ so there was nothing better to choose. Beautiful and functional motherboard, paired with 7800x3d. I was worried when I heard about the overvolting issue and the damage it caused to x3d processors, but asus is one of the best companies in the field, so I thought a solution would be found quickly and indeed it happened. A big selling point for me is the pcie 5.0 on the gpu (when it comes I want to be ready), the 3 m.2 ports, with the top pcie 5.0, and the dual type c on its panel. Honestly, it has all the ports one might need. Only for very demanding users, the 10gbit internet is missing. With wifi connected, stable speeds without any issues. It easily recognized the ram and runs them at 6000mhz cl30 profile. The bios are some of the best I have encountered. The vrm is large and fully covers the mosfets below. Compatible with liquid freezer iii which has a vrm fan, so I don't expect overheating. The button for removing the gpu and the latch for the m.2 (avoiding screws) are extra bonuses. The rgb is very discreet just to exist. I'm trying to find something negative and I can't find it. Maybe the fact that if you connect a 3rd m.2 nvme, the last bottom pcie x16 is disabled, but again I don't think it's a deal breaker. For the price I found it, I highly recommend it. 5/5
For starters, it seems quite reliable. Easy to set up and install in the Lian Li Lancool III case. With memory, if it's not AMD EXPO, you need to dig a few things inside so it doesn't slow you down on boot.
Highest quality motherboard from Asus, as soon as you open the box you can feel the quality as it is a heavy construction, plenty of ports at the back to connect everything.
I installed a 7800x3D and 32GB Ram on it, which had to be adjusted with a single press from the Bios to run at 6000MHZ. The Bios has really many options and requires exploration for anyone who is interested. The temperatures are good.
The negative aspect is its price at 300+ euros, but unfortunately, this whole generation is overpriced.
