In repeated questions about how to find the serial number that the monitoring program asks for (!!!because it is needed!!) with the same answer (it is written above... which I had obviously tried every number written above) I finally found it in a manual for another UPS from BITMORE and I am putting it here so you don't struggle unnecessarily

Do not buy it, during short breaks it simply turns off and on, resulting in a computer reset
After about a year and a half, during a power outage, it barely holds and sometimes turns off on its own. I do not recommend it.
P.S: The only positive thing is that it has socket outlets.
I got it to have the OTE modem (for Voip) and my own modem on top.
And with both of them on during a power outage, it lasts about 30-45 minutes.
I used the UPS for about 20 minutes before deciding to return it. The reason for the return was that it was too noisy!
Its fan never stops, even in a cold room while in ECO mode. In terms of volume, it covers both the computer and the dehumidifier I have in the room. The device showed 50dB at 1m for the UPS alone. In terms of tone, the sound of the fan resembles the range hoods in kitchens and some bathrooms!
Other than that, it is bulky and heavy, but sturdy and probably of good quality construction. I really liked its screen, as it provides several useful information in a graphical way.
Programming it using the few buttons on the front of the device is a bit slow (you have to go through all the options in a circular manner), but it won't be a problem as it is not needed frequently.
Since I didn't use it enough, I don't have an opinion on its battery life.
I won't give it less than 3 stars, as it may be an excellent choice for placement in areas where people don't frequent (e.g. server rooms), but it definitely isn't a machine you want to have next to your computer in your workspace.
+ 30 minutes autonomy with a load of 70W
+ It has 1 battery 12v, so maintenance is cheap
+ 9W consumption when the battery is charged
+ Completely silent on standby, minimal noise during operation
+ I did not notice any interference
- The output voltage fluctuates between 195-215 volts (during power outage)
