My base looks fine. It places the mobile GPS in the right spot on my motorcycle. There, where my gaze is on the road and the device is very close. The low bases I used previously were located on the handlebar tube and I removed them without any damage. The final test will be on the big summer trip and I don't see a reason for it to be negative.
