Very good trimmer. I simply bought it in 2021 and, of course, while it was perfect in everything, suddenly it never charged again. Probably the battery burned out and I took it to see if it can be fixed, but they don't have service in Greece
Very good trimmer, works perfectly, perfect for lines and even beard trimming with the 3 levels it has, but in just 2 years the battery broke completely, with very little use, I took great care of it and bought it for 120 €, nice tool but don't buy it, there is no service in Greece!!
1st there is no service.
2nd the simplest thing is that if something breaks, not only a component but also the battery, you simply throw it away.
If you say that you will buy it and replace it yourself, it costs as much as a new one.
I would not buy it again for any reason!
I have had it for about 15 years and it has never given me any problems!! The last time, I only noticed the battery seemed to be leaking. However, from what I read, the service is terrible.

It is good in its use, especially for an amateur. However, it is not very important for a professional as it does not have service in Greece, not even for batteries, blades, or even the button. Wella does not provide service and representation in Greece after the crisis. It was perfect when Wella gave it as a gift with products!
The machine is one of the best, if not the best. I give it 1 star for the service, if it breaks, throw it in the trash because there is no service, they refer you to authorized places that don't have spare parts. In short, after a month of calling, I ended up throwing it in the trash to save myself. I can't deal with it anymore.
And the best part is that this model has been discontinued for 5 years and they don't recognize it at all, nor are there any spare parts because the model is officially discontinued by the dealership. I told them, guys, I bought it a month ago and they told me that the person who sold it to me had it in stock for over 5 years in the store... While it is still being sold on Scroutz, I can't understand them...
Perfect shaving machine, it doesn't get stuck anywhere and works great on the toughest beards, very good battery life and I have been satisfied with it for two years of use. I highly recommend it!!!
