I do not have any particular complaints, the sound is mediocre if you want them for music but it doesn't bother me, I usually wear them to listen to something on YouTube when I'm out. The case is beautiful and the headphones are discreet. As for the negatives, I would mention the quality/volume of the sound and the fact that it warns a little before the battery runs out (unlike previous headphones where you had 15-20 minutes from the first warning until it shuts down), but in any case, they are value for money for the use I make of them
