It's Christmas Eve and Mr. Bear finds his grandmother's sweater in the attic. Just what he needs for winter! he thinks. But the sweater is too big for him, so he cuts pieces and gives the extra wool to his neighbor. She, in turn, makes leg warmers and gives the remaining wool to her friend, who makes a blanket...
