Although it has a sturdy construction with very good materials, it does not cook evenly, and the grill it mentions unfortunately does not meet the needs it presents.
Amazing toaster, very satisfied. It has an adjustable step on the side, so it doesn't need to crush the toast or sandwich or whatever you place in it with its weight. The plates are removable, so there is ease in cleaning. Overall, a very good product.
The best choice!! It cooks properly, nicely, and quite quickly. It makes toast and skewers wonderfully. It cleans very easily and no food sticks. I highly recommend it.
I have had it for over 4 years, big, heavy, and sturdy with its pros and cons. It could be a bit faster. The best thing it does is that you can heat up frozen pizza in the following way. You place the top plate relatively high so that it doesn't touch the pizza from above and set the thermostat to low. In about 5 minutes, the pizza is warm and crispy, not soggy like it comes out of the microwave.

Just received it... First of all, I have to say that it is a sturdy construction and not fake plastic!! Also, it is amazing for toasts and sandwiches that I use it for!! It heats up quickly and grills wonderfully... personally, if I wanted to grill meat or anything else, I would get a different product and not a toaster-grill!!
It's worth its money!!! The plates come out with a simple button.... they are easy to clean!!! I recommend it to anyone who wants something of quality, although the prices are a bit steep for our days!!!
The fats are removed with a paper towel, very easily, it opens completely for grilling multiple meats or adjusts in height to prevent food from getting squashed. Quick preheating, the plates come out by pressing buttons. The negatives are the large size and the fact that the grease container may have needed a different receptacle.
Sturdy construction that you think will be a very good machine. Unfortunately, it takes a long time to heat up, does not bake evenly, and generally does not heat the plates very well. I had a similar one from Kenwood before, cheaper and much better baking. I regretted it a lot..
A very good product, it doesn't require special care, but it definitely doesn't tolerate mishandling either. If you take care of it, it will take care of you and you will enjoy cooking, from toast to meat!!
Very good grilling both for toast and for burgers/chicken fillet that we have grilled. However, the heating elements burned out after 2 years, just 2 months after the warranty expired. It's not worth repairing. You have to buy a new one.
Sturdy construction, great grilling and toasting for sandwiches. Easy cleaning even from grease and oils. Truly non-stick plates that are easily removable. The only downside is the large size (although it depends on the space it will be placed). There is nothing better in the market for this price unless you go for a professional device. I highly recommend it.
p.s I read comments saying it is slow, doesn't grill well, etc... probably those who wrote them were toasting sandwiches on a charcoal grill, otherwise it cannot be explained.

Very sturdy construction, just needs to be turned on 1 minute before for the plates to warm up and turn it off as soon as they start to brown. It was also tested as a grill with satisfactory results, although a bit slow. Update after extensive use, it really was a very good purchase
It is large and can fit 4 large slices of toast. It leaves some areas slightly uncooked, but it doesn't bother me. It is fast and can be cleaned with a little kitchen paper (for toast use only).
Update: One drawback I find is that it leaves difficult-to-remove fingerprints on the top part of the toaster
The product is fine when it is new. Let's see how long it will last. Everything nowadays has an expiration date. I will come back in the future.

2) Heats up quickly.
3) The plates do not stick.
4) The height adjustment is simple and functional and contributes to keeping the toast fluffy and crispy without the melted cheese spilling.

6) The plate comfortably fits 4 square sandwiches.
Obviously, it is a large toaster and requires appropriate space in the kitchen.

I have bought it 6 times and I will buy it again because it is durable.
In a shop that makes 10-25 sandwiches per day, 365 days a year, it needs to be replaced every 1.5 years.

Without exaggeration, the best toaster I have ever had.
Quality construction, where even its plastic parts are durable and sturdy.
The toasters I had in the past (Bosch, Phillips) had issues with their plastics, which constantly broke and deteriorated.
Its plates, which are non-stick, are easily removable and cleaned.
At the bottom, it has a special drawer that collects the grease and juices from the food, something I have never seen in a toaster before.
In my old toasters, the juices would stay on the plates, and in case of saturation, they would overflow from the plates.

Fully non-stick plates, with pronounced ridges that give a nice appearance to vegetables and fish.
The plates, although thin, have a large surface area, resulting in the need for longer heating time compared to a regular toaster, and it requires some attention because when it reaches the maximum temperature, you need to be careful not to burn the food.
A minor drawback is the shallow depth of the curved part on the outer side of the plate, making it difficult to handle liquid foods (e.g. omelette).
For now, I am fully satisfied.
For its price, the purchase is not worth it. If you remove the plates, you will realize that only the elements that heat up are placed in the center. Therefore, it only grills in the center and not on the entire surface. So instead of 4 sandwiches, you can only grill 2. As a griller, it tends to be ridiculous, it is very slow, and there is no chance of eating something properly cooked, even sausages are tortured! As a result of evaluation, it is not worth the money at all. Those who gave it 5 stars and 4 stars, which I see are many, I believe it is probably their first sandwich maker or they have not used it yet, I can't think of any other scenario...
