WARM USE
For warm use, you can place the compresses in hot water for 4 to 6 minutes (approximately 80 °C). Alternatively, the compresses can also be used in the microwave. Simply place them in a container with water and heat them on low setting for 30 seconds.

COLD USE
For a cooling effect, just place the compresses in the freezer for about 30 to 60 minutes. The back of each cooling pad is made of velour, making it comfortable on the skin.
