I have hard and thick beard and I didn't expect it to be able to handle it. However, the result is unexpectedly satisfying. I use it daily to shave/clean the area of my neck and my cheeks, and about 2 times a week to trim and maintain my beard at 3-4 mm. Although it requires several passes and shaking or tapping to unclog, it provides a satisfactory shave (not against the grain) without irritation, satisfactory trimming without pulling my hair (cuts well), cleans very easily, is small and convenient for travel, and the battery lasts a long time. Also, the blade is replaceable (one can purchase only replacement blades). It is a value for money product and I highly recommend it.

For me, who doesn't have very thick hair, it left many gaps and took it off very unevenly.
After 2 months of use: Many promises that do not match reality. It is rather good for leaving short hair on the beard than for "shaving." It cannot be compared to shaving with blades and foam.
Even with the smallest trimming head, I still do not experience any irritation. Quite good, but recommended as a trimmer only and not as a shaver.
The blade technology used by the machine is quite good for someone to experiment for the first time with this kind of shaving. However, it is by no means faster than traditional shaving with a razor and foam, nor will it ever achieve a close shave, always speaking about the face. This is easily understood by comparing a against-the-grain shave. With this machine, you significantly reduce the chance of cutting yourself. I find it more messy because it shoots hair everywhere, while the classic razor with foam wouldn't do that, thus wasting even more time on cleaning and ultimately ending up not doing your job faster and more comfortably. The replacement blades are relatively well-priced, and the official Philips app gives you an estimate of how long the blade lasts. On the positive side, the machine is waterproof and easy to clean, and the battery lasts. It also has various extras on the heads for appropriate trimming and a cap that protects the head when not in use. The machine is recommended for anyone who wants to avoid foam and reduce irritation and cuts but not for those who want a perfect close shave.
You can keep the beard at the length you want. The dry shaving is quite good. You just need to go over your face several times to get results. It does not irritate the skin.
While we had high expectations from the reviews, it ultimately isn't that good. If you have thick hair, you will have to constantly clean the machine. In general, I have worked with many cheaper ones with much better results
Very top. Personally, I have tried many and although I am not very hairy, they never shaved me as deeply as I wanted. With this machine, I finally managed to achieve the result I wanted. It takes a little time to learn the techniques, but after that, everything is perfect!

It is a bit strange to use. After 3 months I managed to figure out its quirks. I think it is good, but not for daily use. I use it 1-2 times a month.
Very good, a razor for life and honestly has nothing to envy. Deep shaving and does not cut the skin but requires a little attention. Cleans easily with a little water and soap and is spotless. It also has all the necessary accessories for shaving or with blades.
Another useless machine that will go into my collection...it's not worth its money, the only thing it's good for is facial shaving, nothing else...as a bald person, I got it for my head to replace razors, but it was a big failure, it clogs up, doesn't cut well, and requires countless passes...if with a razor you need 10 minutes, with this you need 1 hour on the head...friends, stay away if you're bald, it's useless.

Obviously, it cannot shave like a razor. It does what a simple trimmer does, only it is worth much more as the attachments can be cleaned more easily, they are cheaper, and they do not require lubrication like those of other companies. The clogging depends on each person's hairiness, but when we get a trimmer, it is understood that we will use it frequently and keep the hair at the desired length. For me, a simple blow or passing it under the faucet water cleans it immediately. The 360 technology may be unnecessary, but for some, especially for facial and sensitive areas, it would be useful. At the end of the day, it combines the razor and the trimmer. Irritations are almost nonexistent, and the closeness of the shave compared to a previous trimmer is much better, although not as good as a razor. That is also the reason for razor burns and tougher hair
The machine does the same as the razor. It shaves well in the beard area. It is not suitable for body or areas that you simply want to trim
Absolutely satisfied with the machine since I had the simple oneblade (the green one) in the past. Compared to that, it is superior and definitely worth the extra 15€. The result is no different from shaving with a razor and it also does not cause irritation and you cannot cut yourself with it. There is no need for the hair to grow because, as I said, it provides a close shave (for example, I shave every 2 days). I fully recommend it
It has 2 blades, one is for rotation while you apply it on the skin. You can attach 2 additional accessories to it, one is called skin protection for sensitive areas and the other is a body comb. The blades cut from both sides, up and down. It also has an attachment to adjust millimeters for trimming. For now, it is a good tool, I am satisfied
Mildly unacceptable machine. The razor itself provides a close shave, but not much faster than a regular razor. The extra accessories for body and the one with settings for longer hair (from 0.4mm) are terrible. I mean, on the body (chest) it requires countless passes and gets clogged immediately. For the beard, I wanted it to shave my 3-day stubble and it's truly unacceptable. I tried it with 0.4mm and 1mm and it cuts like a clown's joke.. It takes some hair off in some areas and leaves longer hairs in others. It's all over the place, so you end up removing the attachment and doing a close shave because it leaves you with a mess.. and the close shave takes time. You can grab a good razor and do the same in the same amount of time. If you want it for anything other than a close shave, go somewhere else.
If you are demanding like me, just DON'T GET IT..
yes, okay, it takes them as if it were a razor and without irritation, but especially on the body if you don't go in the same direction as the hair or the hair is a bit slanted, it doesn't take them.. good result but you spend three times the time and struggle for nothing.. it's just not worth it and it doesn't even have the slightest detail that even the simplest trimmer has.. really stay away.. it's better to have a regular machine and a saver and you're fully covered
