    Excessively watery, to the point that it runs between the fingers and loses quantity, requiring a sufficient amount to be applied. It needs to be used with makeup remover pads, and even then, quantity is lost. Provides light hydration. The major negative is that it contains fragrance. I prefer toners that are more dense and have tried more moisturizing ones. I have already set it aside and am looking for the next one
