From the first time I put tea in it, it stained inside and didn't clean. I wash it exclusively by hand, as I should, yet it has made scratches from the sponge.

Quality construction, I carry it in my bag without any leakage! It maintains temperature (hot and cold) for hours. The only "downside" is that it cannot be washed in the dishwasher and its lid is particularly sensitive... it requires attention to prevent it from getting lines from the sponge. Its cap smells strongly of plastic, but I imagine that it is still new and the smell will go away. It is definitely worth it because you can carry it fearlessly, there is no risk of leakage

Excellent product worth its money and more, keeps warm things warm for several hours and cold things cold. Very good construction and I will definitely buy more from this company, I am very satisfied!!!!
