  The truth is that as a newcomer in the field, I have no comparisons between hifi speakers. I got the Mark 2 with a leap of faith since I couldn't listen live, living on an island. However, I will have the courage to give 5 stars even though I believe they are still a bit pricey at 650 euros. The music they offer you is something else, though, man, a cultural shock; they fortunately deliver what I expected. The sound is like being 85-90% at a concert with the artists, drums, bass where they should be, just right - violins come alive, you almost don't recognize well-played pieces that you've heard on other (simple) systems. Musical shock! Yes, I think they are more alive than others (from what I hear in YouTube comparisons), but that's exactly what I want.
  P.S. I have no opinion on how loud they can play; I think at full volume there might be some distortion, which is reasonable for a bookshelf speaker.

  Get these speakers if your budget goes up to 700 euros and you will not be disappointed. Honestly. They definitely need some breaking in (about 100 hours), but this is normal. Clean tight bass, impeccable highs and mids. The lows are unbelievable, solid and voluminous. Of course, you need a good amplifier + turntable + cartridge as well. They truly deliver sound quality three times their price. They were chosen among polka audio-elac-kef350 because they had liveliness - detail and rich sound. Also, we are talking about many music genres. From free jazz & ambient to electroacoustics Xenakis & doom/drone. Also, do not listen to opinions like "their horns are tiring", not at all!!! They are great. You will enjoy them forever. Thank you Klipsch.

  Temporarily replacing a pair of FOCAL 726 columns until the corresponding ones from the ARIA series of FOCAL are purchased at some point. They are driven by an amazing amplifier from CAMBRIDGE AUDIO. I never expected such high-quality and full sound, such musicality, and noteworthy is that the cables (very important)... are in the range of 6-7€ per meter. The speakers are not just playing, they easily fill a 45sqm space, even if you want to turn up to very high levels. No trace of distortion, tight bass, very clear voices, and incredible clarity in the high frequencies despite the speakers being floor-standing. A big bravo to the American Company that manages to deliver such great sound from speakers with reasonable cost!
